Today is the start of our winter refurbishment. First task is to strip the hideous magnolia painted wall paper in the passage leading to the back garden. Ros (wearing her famous " I've Been Tangoed" fleece) sets to work this morning with steam stripper and is even foregoing the X-Factor this evening in order to get the job finished.WE HAVE A LOT TO GET THROUGH THIS WINTER
